Quote & Apply is now able to determine if medical records are required based on the carriers’ age and amount requirements. If medical records are required, the user will be required to provide their doctor’s information. This enhancement allows BackNine to order the insured’s medical records as soon as the application is received, rather than waiting for carrier to request the medical records which can be days or weeks later.
