How to Change the Agent on a Quote & Apply eApp

To change the agent on a Quote & Apply eApplication, view the eApp in BOSS > Click the “Access” Tab > use the “Change Agent” dropdown.
If the agent you want to change the agent to isn’t within the Change Agent list, add the agent into the Access list first.
You can only change the agent if the eApp is in a Quote or Lead status (e.g. you cannot change the agent after the DocuSign has been generated). If the DocuSign has already been generated, you can click “Edit eApp” to void the DocuSign, which will change the eApp’s status to “Lead” and allow you to change the agent.
