How to Upload Errors and Omissions (E&O)

You can upload E&O for yourself and/or your agency within BOSS > Settings or by clicking this link.

Please note:

• E&O limits must be $1,000,000 or more.
• The E&O document must state your name, even if you are assigning commissions to your agency. Most life insurance carriers work differently than P&C carriers and require your name to be listed on the E&O document.
• Carriers and BackNine are indifferent on which E&O carrier agents use but commonly used E&O providers are E&O for Less and NAPA.
