Monthly Performance Report Emails

BOSS can send a monthly performance report email to agents and agencies that meet both of these requirements:

• Monthly Performance Report is enabled in their email settings.
• They have had activity in the last 12 months.

The report helps agents and agencies review recent performance and stay informed about their production activity.

Who Receives the Report

Agents and agencies receive the monthly performance report when the setting is enabled under their email preferences.

Connections and Access

If an agent or agency has connections, BOSS may also copy those connections on the report.

Connections will be included only when their Performance Report option is enabled.

If the connection is marked as Hidden, they will be BCC’d instead of CC’d.

Too many emails?

If you receive more reports than expected, review your Performance Report settings and adjust them as needed.
