Integrate Redtail with BackNine

TLDR

Effortlessly manage your clients and insurance cases with our seamless Redtail integration. Keep your contacts and cases in sync, so you can easily access client information and related insurance policies within Redtail. Separately, add your National Producer Number within Redtail so you can launch Quote & Apply and automatically prefill the eApp with your client’s information.

Steps to Sync your BOSS Clients and Cases to Redtail’s Contacts and Accounts.

Start by going to your Settings > Security & Applications.

Log into Redtail

After Connecting to Redtail, all of your Clients and Cases within BOSS will appear within Redtail.

Steps to launch Quote & Apply within Redtail

Enable life insurance quoting in Redtail by going to your RedTail integrations page.

Add your National Producer Number (NPN)

BackNine uses your NPN to obtain your contact information and insurance licenses. You’ll only be able to quote in the states you are licensed. Your NPN is also how BackNine knows you’re the agent for the quote/eApp.

Launch Quote & Apply when viewing a contact in Redtail

Then view quotes and apply online
