Thrivent doesn’t accept Docu-Sign, however, they hope to have that corrected by year-end 2025. In the interim, when you do a Thrivent case through Quote & Apply:
a.Click DocuSign as you typically would do.
b.The applicant will get an email from “Quote & Apply” instructing them to print, ink sign, and upload the signed application. (Apparently, the whole application.)
c.Please strongly advise your client that, if they don’t see the signature request in their in-box, they should check their spam folder, as this message commonly ends up there.
d.After the client uploads their signed pages, the broker will get an email from “Quote & Apply” to go through the same process. The broker should also check his/her spam folder. If the broker does not get this message, it means that the applicant has not found/processed the application yet. (BOSS indicates whether the client has viewed the email and whether the client has signed it.)
