We Lock Inactive eApps After a Year — Here’s What That Means for You

Incomplete eApps that haven’t been updated in over one year are automatically locked for security purposes. When this happens, users won’t be able to access the eApp using only the link and birthdate.
To unlock the eApp, click the Continue button or use the Unlock button from the eApp within BOSS.
If you see an error message like this:
Click Continue or Unlock eApp to regain access.
